Villányi Sauvignon Blanc Brandy 2007
The grape is harvested before the complete ripening and selected. The brandy is made neither from the recrement of grapes nor the wine, but similarly to other fruit brandy the grape as fruit gets mashed. For the fruity vinosity the first distillation is made through pot-still and the second distillation is made through modern columnar cauldron for the airy fruity flavors. It’s best served at 18 Celsius degree.
Irsai Olivér Grape-brandy 2008
It is made of selected grapes, harvested before complete ripening. This brandy is neither made from the tailing of the grape nor the wine, but similarly to other fruit-brandies the grape as fruit gets mashed. The first distillation is made by pot-still for the complex flavor; the second distillation is made by modern columnar cauldron for the airy, fruitful gust. Recommended on 18 Celsius degree. |
