Hotel Virágos
It is made using the reductive, cooling technology. It has an intense bouquet with a superb background of fruits. Its acids are fresh and vigorous; a medium-bodied wine with a good balance. The bouquet is made even more pleasant and airy by its own carbon dioxide. It goes well with poultry and hare baked in the oven, cooled down to 10-12 °C.
