This is the first Syrah of the winery. Only 300 bottles were made of the fresh harvest of this well-cultivated plantation. It has been mellowed for 14 months in barrique barrels. Its favors are intense and complex, fresh fruits and chocolate. It is a full wine with characteristic tannin and other aromatic acids. It is concentrated and unforgettable with much-much extra. It is best served with wild meat around 17-18 °C. |
