This wine is made of late harvested grapes. During the vintage the healthy grapes are separated from the aszú grapes. The aszú grapes have steeped for 3 days then they are squeezed and added to must (grape-juice). The wine has been mellowed for three years partially in barrique barrel and partially in regular barrel. It has golden amber color and the characteristics of Reseda and Tokaji Aszú are observable in its flavors. It is a long dry full-bodied wine. It is best served around 10-12 °C and perfectly goes with desserts and blue cheese.
