Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc are the best known and most popular blue grape types in the world. Originally they came from France and their characteristic of the type are perfectly shown because of the excellent geographic capabilities of the Villány wine area. This wine has an intensive aroma collection and it is a great bodied red wine. It is matured for twelve months in a medium burnt barriqe barrel. Its bouquet is akin to cherries with rum and blackcurrant. It is recommended to be consumed with strongly seasoned dishes, wild meats and hard cheeses at 18-19 C. |
