Pinot Noir is a blue grape originating from Burgundy. It is very popular among wine-lovers preferring high standard types. A wine of ruby colour with medium intensity. At first, it has an extremely delicate spicy mushroom aroma which after some airing reveals notes of strawberries and raspberries. Due to its rich aroma and medium body, it harmonises well with lamb dishes and blue cheese at a temperature of 17-18 °C. |
